Your memories are safe with us. They are personal, often private, and we treat them that way.
What we don't do
- We don't feed your moments into AI or LLM systems.
- We don't share, sell or publish them — not with partners, not with anyone.
- We don't keep them longer than the short window described below.
What we keep, and for how long
When you place an order, we store your order details and the generated PDF for 7 days. That window exists for two practical reasons: so your download link keeps working if you lose the file or close the tab, and so we can help if you spot a typo or want a line swapped.
After those 7 days the order data and the PDF are deleted from our systems. If you'd like your order removed sooner, get in touch and we'll delete it right away.
Payments
For payments we use a third-party payment provider. They handle your payment details — we never see or store your card information. We do keep basic order records (such as your email address and what you bought) where we're legally required to for accounting purposes.
